Minh joined AES Vietnam in 2010 and brings more than 25 years of experience in office management and professional administration.

Prior to joining AES Vietnam, Minh worked at various international institutions and companies, including Hanoi Trade Union University, where she served as an English lecturer; AGS Canada as a Project Coordinator; the Japanese ODA-funded National Highway 18 Improvement Project as a Project Coordinator; and Apple Tree Group as Assistant to the Group General Manager.

At AES Vietnam, Minh oversees the operations of the AES Corporate Office and supports the CEO in the Company’s day-to-day operations.

Minh holds bachelor’s degrees in foreign studies, and Finance & Banking. She has also completed various professional training courses organized by VCCI, the Japanese Chamber of Commerce, AIT, and other organizations.
