AES Vietnamcelebrates Valu Day' 25: together, We make the Difference

AES Vietnam has recently organized successfully Values Day’ 25 at Duong Huy Elementary and Secondary School, Mong Duong ward, Quang Ninh province. The event brought together AES employees, local authorities, and members of the community to celebrate the core Values that guide our actions and decisions every day.
This year’s theme, “Together, we make the difference,” highlights the power of unity and collaboration in achieving meaningful outcomes. The event featured a vibrant program including many interactive activities such as the “Ring the Bell” competition and “Health Care Tip” game. More than 300 students, teachers, and local residents joined together for a truly meaningful celebration, immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the event.
In celebration of Values Day’ 25, AES Vietnam launched a series of impactful community support initiatives. These included free respiratory health screenings and X-ray tests for 300 adults aged 45-65, comprehensive health consultations for 478 students covering eye exams, spinal checks, dental screenings, and BMI assessments, and health education programs emphasizing first aid and emergency response skills for students. The company also donated essential equipment to Duong Huy Kindergarten, including scales and medicine cabinets, and organized interactive knowledge games and competitions for students, with prizes to encourage participation. Health consultation booths were available for eye care, spinal health, dental care, nutrition, first aid, and vaccination advice for parents and children, and community health information kits were distributed at the event.

On this occasion, AES Vietnam also announced the Values Day’ 25 Award winner – Nguyen Trung Kien – being recognized as an outstanding individual who exemplifies AES’s core Values in his work and community engagement.
