Dinh leads the Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation & Control maintenance functions at AES Mong Duong. He is responsible for maintenance strategy and execution, outage planning, equipment reliability, contractor management, cost control, and team capability development to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

Dinh has more than 15 years of experience in electrical engineering, commissioning, and maintenance across thermal and hydropower plants, industrial facilities, including more than 11 years with AES Mong Duong. Before becoming Maintenance Manager, he held the positions of Senior Electrical Technician, Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance Team Leader. Prior to joining AES, he worked for Doosan Heavy Industries Vietnam and Electrical Testing and Research Company.

Dinh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Power Systems from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
